This is a full-time contractor role with flexible hours. Its a remote opportunity, with the option to work hybrid if youre based in Lithuania.

WHAT YOUâRE GETTING INTO
- Research ads, competitors, and audience behavior to uncover performance insights, creative trends, and new testing angles

- Stay plugged into evolving trends in short-form content, user behavior, and platform dynamics to keep creative output sharp
- Collaborate closely with media buyers, product leads, and other creatives to align strategy with outcomes, and launch fast

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
30 Days:Youâre aligned with your product squad, familiar with the tools, and your first creatives are in testing
60 Days:Your ads are scaling profitably and more than 10% of ads are evaluated as high-performing. Youâre producing consistently, learning from performance data, and optimizing in real time.
90 Days:Youâve built a steady pipeline of winning creatives and refined systems for testing and creator coordination. Your work is directly driving revenue growth
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
- Step 1: Intro Call â A short chat to learn more about your experience and alignment with the role
- Step 2: Team Call â A conversation with members of the creative or marketing team to get a feel for how you think and collaborate
- Step 3: Task-Based Interview â Youâll complete a creative challenge to show us how you approach strategy, messaging, and performance
- Step 4: Final Interview â A deeper discussion with the Head of Digital Marketing (and possibly the COO) to talk through your work and how youâd contribute
- Step 5: Offer & Onboarding â If itâs a mutual match, youâll be onboarded quickly and start collaborating with your team from day one
