We help US businesses hire applicants from Latin America, South Africa, and the Philippines. We are looking for aRecruiterto help with interviews and vetting our job applicants daily.

Responsibilities
  • Listen to voice recordings to identify fluent English speaking applicants
  • Invite applicants to interviews
  • Host interviews and identify the top talent to place with our clients
  • Assign top candidates to interview with our clients
  • High attention to detail is required in this job
  • Project Management
  • Task Prioritization
  • Work US hours

Qualifications:
  • 1+ YearsExperience as a Recruiter or Hiring Manager
  • Fluent English, both verbal and written.
  • Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
  • Energetic & upbeat
  • Team Player
  • Willing to listen to feedback & improve
