• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work independently and think critically.
• Experience with tools like Excel, SQL, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Job duties:

• Gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements and data to drive strategic decisions.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in business processes.
• Collaborate with product, tech, and operations teams to translate business needs into clear documentation (e.g., user stories, workflows, diagrams).
• Challenge the status quo and contribute innovative ideas for solving problems and improving systems.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders to communicate findings and solutions clearly.
• Support project delivery by providing insights, ensuring requirements are met, and tracking outcomes.
