We’re Hiring: Travel Specialist for Luxury Travel Company.

We’re Concierge Adventure, a fast-growing luxury travel company based in Mexico. We design tailor-made getaways for high-end clients from the U.S. and Europe who want an unforgettable experience without the stress of planning. Think private chefs, luxury villas, yacht parties, and jungle dinners all done-for-you.

We’re looking for a Travel Specialist who can take qualified leads and turn them into happy, high-paying clients.

What you will do:

• Close qualified leads (no cold calling)
• Guide clients through planning milestone events: from luxury villa stays and private chefs to catamarans in Tulum and hot-air balloon rides over Teotihuacan, you’ll craft once-in-a-lifetime celebrations with style, elegance, and cultural depth.
• Own the booking process: You don’t just sell the vision, you bring it to life. You’ll book every element of the journey and ensure each touchpoint exceeds expectations.
• While clients are traveling, you’ll act as their point of contact, ready to solve problems, adjust plans, and keep everything running smoothly. That means being flexible, responsive, and calm under pressure.

Who you are:

• Experienced in sales (1+ years), ideally high-ticket or travel
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable with high expectations
• You love the thrill of closing deals and take pride in offering world-class service. You’re motivated by commissions, but also by client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• You’re comfortable adapting your schedule to be available for clients during their travels and responding with professionalism, even when the unexpected arises.

Mostly remote | Based in Playa del Carmen | Mexico/U.S. timezone alignment

Compensation

OTE: $1,000–$2,500 USD +/month depending on performance

Base + uncapped commissions
