Duties & Responsibilities

Work within the Global NPI organization to be a key team member on a cross functional development team.  The role will be a key team member on a cross functional development team.  High visibility position across top leadership within CommScope.  Ability to work and grow technical skills in a team environment with efforts focused on releasing new products or transferring of products to a manufacturing location within the engineer’s site or region.

• Experience with the NPI process and working with a cross functional, multi-cultural team.
• Experience with streamlining supply chain for raw material and intra/inter-plant supply.
• Ability to form cohesive relationships across Global sites and leadership functions to find ways on “How we can make it happen” approach.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• Bachelor's degree Computer Systems, Computer Science
• Proficient in English language (written and spoken).
• 8 years of related position experience.
• Knowledge on TL 9000
• Knowledge on CS-PL-2004 End-of-Life (EOL) Procedure
• Proven product knowledge and technical/innovation skills
• Effective problem solver which makes an impact to the bottom line
• Proven leadership skills that can effectively communicate across organization.
• Travel estimated at <40% but need to be flexible. (US and other countries)
