STAND 8 provides end-to-end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, and more including internationally in Mexico and India. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Account Manager (Spanish / English) with a strong background in web development and digital project management.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at building client relationships, communicating technical concepts clearly, and managing web development projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

You’ll serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure project success, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication in both Spanish and English. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of web development projects in collaboration with internal technical and creative teams. Ensure that projects stay on track in terms of timeline, scope, and budget. Facilitate meetings, provide regular updates, and gather client feedback throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a web development agency or tech-focused environment.

  • Strong understanding of web development technologies, processes, and terminology.
  • Proven success in managing multiple web projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
