The Route Manager assists the General Manager in overseeing service activity for our customers by

molding the ultimate service team. Ensures the team’s action always reflects a 5-star review. Guarantees

that all work is performed in accordance with company policy and industry and government regulations.

The ideal candidate reviews all technician workload confirming the proper match in schedules, knowledge

base, and customer concerns for the overall good of the business. They also contribute to innovation by combining creativity, technology, and proven solutions.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

❖ Strong proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to prepare reports, deliver training

and communicate effectively with both technicians and customers.

❖ Extensive experience in pest control operations, including field service and team supervision, is

strongly preferred.

❖ Proficiency in applied mathematics, including measurement, ratios, percentages, and basic data

analysis for service performance and inventory tracking.

❖ Strong computer and technology skills, with the ability to leverage software tools for scheduling,

reporting, inventory management and KPI analysis.

❖ Ability to interface effectively with staff, management, and external partners
