How about you?Location: Mexico CityFunction: CommerceSub Function: Commerce - Marketing - MediaType of Contract: PermanentObjetivo del rolAyudar al IMC Manager a unificar todos los elementos que hacen parte del desarrollo de una campaña de comunicación para asegurar consistencia en los mensajes en todos los canales de media.Actividades Principales

• Gestión y Project Management de campañas de comunicación
• Gestion de Briefing creativos y validación de ejecuciones
• Gestion de marca y creatividad
• Soportar al IMC Manager en la coordinación de las agencias y equipo interno en los procesos de desarrollo de comunicación
• Coordinar todas las actividades para que el proceso de IMC se cumpla en tiempo y forma para las marcas prioritarias del portafolio de Heineken México.
• Asegurar que estén involucradas todas las partes necesarias en el proceso End to End de una campaña de comunicación.
• Desarrollo e ideación de procesos y WOW Inter agencias para elevar el nivel creativo

Requisitos

• Educación: Lic. en Marketing, Publicidad, o afín.
• Experiencia: Project Management, Marketing y Media.
• Conocimiento de los procesos end to end de una campaña de comunicación.
• Conocimiento de la estructura, perfiles y capabilities de una agencia de publicidad.
• Capacidad para coordinar equipos internos, agencias y proveedores.
• Idiomas: Inglés avanzado
• Conocimiento de Herramientas para gestión de proyectos: Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, y Slack.
• Conocimiento y manejo de herramientas de IA
• Herramientas para análisis: Excel y PowerBI
