The Opportunity

We’re hiring anOperations and Account Manager.A hybrid role that blends operational excellence with client-facing leadership. This position goes beyond campaign management: you’ll oversee internal processes, lead a small team, and take full ownership of key accounts.

Unlike a traditional account manager, this role is not only about servicing clients but also aboutstrategically growing accounts,spotting new opportunities, driving expansion, and positioning Ruvixx as a long-term partner.

You’ll effectively run a business unit within Ruvixx: ensuring operational excellence internally while managing and expanding client relationships externally.

What You’ll Do

  • Operational Leadership:Design, implement, and refine internal processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Team Management:Lead and mentor a small team, driving accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Account Growth:Serve as the primary advisor for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction while proactively identifying opportunities to expand services and revenue.
  • Strategic Insights:Analyze performance data and client metrics to guide both internal decision-making and client strategy.
  • Project Delivery:Oversee timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to consistently meet and exceed client objectives.

Who You Are

  • Experienced:8+ years in operations, account management, customer success, or business leadership, with proven results in both client-facing and internal roles.
  • Growth-Minded:Skilled at seeing the “big picture” of an account, with experience not just maintaining butexpanding client relationships.
  • Analytical:Strong data analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools) with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Organized & Driven:Highly structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.
  • Communicative:Excellent written and verbal skills; able to build trust and influence stakeholders across levels.
  • Tech-Savvy:Familiar with CRM (Salesforce), project management tools (ClickUp), and advanced Excel workflows.
  • Leadership-Oriented:Previous experience managing teams, mentoring staff, or running business operations.
  • Self-Starter:Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to thrive with autonomy in a remote environment.
