This role will supportIT recruitment processes,employee onboarding,internal events, andHR administrative tasks.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is in the final semesters of their studies or a recent graduate looking to grow in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.Location:Guadalajara; Jalisco MexicoQualifications we are looking for:

• Assist in the IT recruitment cycle: posting job openings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and following up.
• Support the onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience for new hires.
• Help plan and execute internal events that strengthen company culture.
• Collaborate on administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and documentation.
• Provide general support to the HR & Talent Acquisition team on projects and special initiatives
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job duties:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Support new hires during the onboarding process, including documentation and orientation.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and recruitment tracking tools.
• Help organize internal events, team-building activities, and company initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR & Talent Acquisition team.
