Overview

IT Inside Sales Executive at SoftwareOne – Scope: Full time | Office: Mexico City | Hybrid.

This role is part of Software & Cloud Marketplace Delivery and supports the end-to-end Software Sales Process. It focuses on procurement, operational tasks to improve efficiency, and ensuring a strong customer experience. The ideal candidate has analytical skills, procurement expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams. They should be proactive, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure while ensuring flawless operations.

Responsibilities
  • Run customer communications, ensuring satisfaction and proactive engagement.
  • Be responsible for case management, including quote handling and distributor differences.
  • Build positive relationships with Account Managers and collaborate closely with the sales team.
  • Understand the customer lifecycle to improve service delivery.
  • Handle long-term assignments and critical issues optimally.
  • Handle end-to-end procurement for software purchases, from needs assessment to sourcing and negotiation.
  • Coordinate with all teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in Inside Sales, Customer Support, Customer Management or Vendor / Client Management, with at least a basic background in the software or IT industry (required).
  • Demonstrate a strong customer-focused mindset, maintain a clear sales-oriented approach.
  • Advanced English is a must (minimum B2+).
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow).
Desired Qualifications
  • Understanding of software licensing models, cloud services, and SaaS procurement.
  • Exposure to North American clients and exchange programs.
  • Experience in pricing negotiation, supplier management, and researching multiple data sources.
