We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Software Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience, primarily proficient in Python and familiar with backend and data processing technologies. This role is critical in developing and maintaining scalable, data-driven products that drive business value. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and DevOps teams to build robust backend systems and integrate machine learning models, contributing directly to the advancement of our AI-powered solutions. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and services with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with AI/ML and Data Engineering teams to integrate data pipelines and deploy machine learning models effectively.
• Implement and support backend services primarily using Python and Java.
• Contribute to model deployment workflows using PyTorch, PySpark, and related tools to support distributed data processing and machine learning applications.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code adhering to best practices.
• Participate actively in code reviews, design discussions, and agile team ceremonies to foster continuous improvement.
• Work efficiently in remote, cross-functional teams distributed across multiple time zones.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on backend development.
• Proven expertise in Python as the primary programming language.
• Working knowledge of Java for backend system development.
• Hands‑on experience with PyTorch for machine learning model implementation and integration.
• Experience with PySpark and distributed data processing frameworks.
