Apli, an iCIMS Company, builds software to transform talent attraction and selection. We help the largest companies in the region recruit at scale using artificial intelligence. Your mission (if you choose to accept it) will be to lead the implementation of Apli’s software for our clients and help them digitally transform their talent acquisition processes.
As a Customer Success Manager, you willwork closely with clients to ensure they achieve their goalsand the value promised by the sales team. You will become their trusted advisor on future-of-work solutions, develop a deep understanding of their recruitment processes, demonstrate how to streamline them with our technology, and oversee the implementation and adoption of our solution.
For this position, you must feel comfortable reviewing business objectives and processes with executives from large companies, understanding their requirements, breaking down complex problems with a disciplined approach, and combining analytics with business logic to propose solutions.

🤝Your responsibilities will include:
- Working alongside B2B clients to understand their processes and needs
- Coordinating Apli’s professional services and data science teams to ensure client needs are met
- Analyzing client data to develop ideas to improve their experience
- Sharing insights with Apli’s product team based on client feedback
- Building meaningful relationships with key decision-makers at our clients
- Driving incremental sales opportunities
🎯You are the person we are looking for if you have:
- A bachelor’s degree or engineering degree completed
- At least 2 years of work experience in B2B client success, project management, consulting, or systems implementation
- High organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proactivity and energy
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Strong analytical and synthesis abilities
- Very high learning capacity
- Passion for technology
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- You live in México
