We are looking to hire a Process Quality Engineer to join our team at San Luis Potosi.

What you can look forward to as Process Quality Engineer:

• Develop and specify the control plan based on internal and external quality standards, procedures, methods, and tools, taking into account ZF standards.
• Resolve problems in various situations that require the identification and selection of appropriate solutions using established procedures and standards / Know and apply core tools in daily activities /Apply problem-solving and analysis tools (8D, 5 Whys, A3, etc.)
• Perform inspections using specified measurements and testing equipment. /Follow a short-term planning perspective and conduct ongoing progress reviews several times a month
• Incorporate specific client requirements into the standards of the area under their responsibility / Manage continuous improvement based on inputs such as complaint trends by client, by line, by commodity, to address and resolve systematic, recurring, or severe problems
• Maintain communication and obtain feedback from technical support (onsite) to obtain timely details of the defective parts found and the implementation of the clean point established for the incident in question.
• Attend all customer-specific quality meetings regularly and sporadically and represent the organization and the position / Report customer-specific quality status to senior management in a transparent and comprehensive manner.
• Understand and comply with all IATF 16949 policies and procedures.

Your profile as Process Quality Engineer:

• Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics and Similar
• 3+ years of experience
• Troubleshoting Tools / Basic Core Tools
• VDA 6.3, MINITAB and GD&T are a nice to have
• Regulations (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, NOM 035, NOM036, Customer-Specific Requirements, Sustainability)
• Conversational english
• Team Management is a must (People in charge)
