As a Global IBU NPI Quality Leader, you will be responsible for driving quality initiatives in the early phases of the New Product Development (NPD) process across the Industrial Business Unit (IBU). Your role will focus on facilitating lessons learned, defining quality and reliability goals, supporting design and process reviews, and ensuring robust manufacturing readiness. About the Job:

• Facilitate the review of lessons learned, FMEAs, and customer feedback for similar product development projects.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Plant Quality Teams to establish quality and reliability goals for NPD projects.
• Actively participate in 3P events, brainstorming sessions, Design for Manufacturability activities, FMEA development, Control Plans, and tooling/gage requirements.
• Act as a liaison between product development and operations teams, ensuring critical product characteristics are controlled and understood.
• Support prototype evaluation, supplier qualification activities, process and equipment development, internal/external audits, and quality improvement initiatives.

About You:

• Technical degree or equivalent work experience required; experience in Quality and Product Development is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with varying timelines and priorities.
• Strong organizational skills, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (>20%), particularly within Mexico.
