We are currently looking for a **Translation Coordinator** **Translation Coordinator** **Main Purpose** The role is responsible for ensuring PepsiCo ServiceNow language translations that are delivered in alignment to digital employee experience strategy and product roadmap. Also this person will be gathering the requirements for Language translation across GBS ServiceNow implementation projects, partnering with different functions, and vendors to deliver the requirements, and participating in the ongoing continuous improvement & governance of Language translation within the overall PepsiCo ServiceNow platform. **Responsibilities**: **Accountabilities** - Support Language translation lead in representing, maintaining, and prioritizing all requirements for implementation in ServiceNow across GBS. Manage and prioritize ongoing backlog of related requirements & enhancements - Lead in implementing an ESM Language strategy and process that meets the PepsiCo digital experience standards - Support Language leadership to provide out-of-the-box language feedback to ServiceNow and incorporate future state ServiceNow-driven process improvements and enhancements. - Ensure a user-friendly, intuitive, & scalable solution for GBS and the broader enterprise - Assist in the development of Language translation-related standards, best practices, process documentation, and operating procedures, and ensuring information is consumable for the organization. - Partner with and coordinate delivery across all roles involved in end-to-end delivery of language translations into the ServiceNow platform, including development teams, translation agencies, language quality assurance Qualifications: **Qualifications/Requirements** - Bachelor’s Degree. - Fluent in English. - 2+ years of experience with managing or delivering language translations in the partnership or as part of translation agencies. - Experience with translation software such as: CAT (Trados, MemoQ, Wordfast) - Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams. - Grammar detail oriented.
