Join us in advancing our mission to extend lives and expand possibilities.Supervisor de área seca (Extrusión / Sellado)Tu rol en VantiveCoordinar y supervisar las actividades de operación de acuerdo con los procedimientos normalizados de fabricación aprobados, con el objetivo de optimizar los recursos materiales, económicos y humanos en términos de cumplir con la calidad de productos de acuerdo con las especificaciones de cada uno, la seguridad de las personas que laboramos en la empresa y la productividad del proceso de fabricación.Lo Que Realizarás

• Revisar y mantener los equipos y edificio para que el proceso de extrusión se lleva a cabo en condiciones de acuerdo a procedimientos locales aprobados, regulaciones nacionales e internacionales aplicables para la fabricación de medicamentos y dispositivos médicos.
• Identificar y promover el desarrollo del talento del personal operativo.
• En el proceso de mejora continua debe identificar e implementar oportunidades de mejora en aspectos de Seguridad y medio ambiente.
• Coordinar el proceso de sellado de bolsas para soluciones inyectables

Lo Que Aportarás

• Ingeniería Industrial, Electromecánico, Mecánico o afines.
• 2 a 4 años en áreas de manufactura/ producción o afines.
• Conocimiento de la Regulación Sanitaria Local (COFEPRIS) y estándares internacionales ISO 9001 / ISO 13485.
• Análisis de tendencias.
• Administración y desarrollo del personal, supervisión.
• Producción y/o manufactura.
• Lean Manufacturing.
