Experiencia: ~5 años de experiencia como Key Account Manager, en empresas de tecnología en la nube ~ Lugar de residencia: Ciudad de México / Modalidad hibrida. ~ Experiencia demostrada gestionando cuentas clave, y trabajando con el segmento Enterprise. ~ Experiencia vendiendo soluciones de tecnología empresariales (ej: Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, plataforma afín). ~ Inglés B1-B2

Responsabilidades:

Gestionar todo el ciclo comercial desde prospección hasta cierre de oportunidades Identificar oportunidades de venta cruzada (cross-selling) y venta adicional (upselling) de soluciones tecnológicas. Preparar propuestas comerciales y presentaciones de valor adaptadas al cliente. Negociar contratos, renovaciones y acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLAs). Elaborar planes de cuenta (account plans) para maximizar el valor de cada cliente. Gestionar contratos y renovaciones, asegurando la continuidad del negocio. Organizar reuniones estratégicas periódicas con los clientes para alinear expectativas y fortalecer relaciones.
