Quality Engineer – Electrical Electronic Systems

Are you passionate about driving quality in cutting-edge automotive electrical systems? We are looking for a Quality Engineer (EES) to join our Engineering organization, supporting the Product Development Process for new vehicle projects. In this role, you'll serve as the quality representative within the design department, ensuring robust processes for design, integration, and validation of Electrical Electronic (EE) systems — including hardware, software, and mechanical components.

Key Responsibilities

• Align the Quality Management System (QMS) to Electrical Electronic Systems (EES)
• Define, formalize, and continuously update engineering and quality design processes
• Train and support engineering teams on quality processes and methodologies
• Develop and maintain EES operational schedules and performance monitoring
• Oversee EES design documentation for platforms, modules, and top hats
• Implement APQP for parts monitoring and quality assurance
• Evaluate the maturity of QMS requirements and support continuous improvement
• Maintain and update the Engineering Handbook (EHB) for EES
• Provide expert support on APQP/PPAP, Design Approval, and Quality Assurance methodologies
• Coach cross-functional teams to strengthen internal capabilities in QA processes
• Contribute to change management and enhance serial production robustness

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar quality engineering role
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Mandatory experience with electrical components (Applications lacking this will not be considered)
