Marketing Delivery Manager

Location: Remote

QuestionPro is searching for a Marketing Delivery Manager (MDM) for Employee Experience product line. This role is responsible for supporting the head of product in the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns. From marketing automation, customer newsletters, and webinars, an ideal candidate would not only understand marketing strategies but also have the tactical skills and desire to execute.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate would have a 360 degree understanding of marketing and how marketing supports sales and products. They must have a proven track record of staying cool under pressure, possess outstanding process skills, problem-solving skills, presentation skills, and be able to think strategically and creatively.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, attractive copy for inbound and outbound campaigns
• Edit and proofread copy as needed
• Demand generation
• Must be able to outline and program marketing automation campaigns
• Collaborate with Sales and Product on how to create high quality leads
• Conduct market research to be informed of competitors
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels
• Own monthly reporting on KPIs and presenting analysis against overall goals
• Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
• Support webinars, live shows, online conferences and clubhouse events
• Understand project requirements

Skills

• Comfortable marketing to an all English market
• Hubspot or other marketing automation experience is required
• High attention to detail
• Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Creativity
• Self motivated
• Collaborative spirit
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Passionate about Marketing
• 5+ years of experience
• Adobe Suite, Adobe Spark, MS Suite, Canva, Google Suite, HTML, CSS,
• Excellent organizational skills. Able to prioritize, manage, and execute multiple cross-functional projects, and react effectively when priorities change.
• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent.
• Fluent English speaking is required.
