Job Summary:Our company is growing and were in search of a recruiter to support our recruiting efforts for our US corporate (English only). As a Sourcer, you will join a team of all-star professionals as we partner with hiring managers to fill our companys vacancies in a timely manner. Responsibilities

  • Conduct sourcing and pre-screening efforts for corporate positions across the United States.
  • Meet established metrics and KPIs.
  • Use traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify, attract, and source quality candidates.
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.
  • Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, noncompete agreements).
  • Manage current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Prior sourcing/recruiting experience or relatable customer service experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of MS Suite, databases and other softwares.
  • Full English proficiency - this will be evaluated during the interview process.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelors in Psychology (preferred), BA, or a field related
  • Preferred experience in psychometric tests
  • Good attitude!
