Omnichannel Insights Coordinator

Location: Mexico City, Mexico Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Omnichannel Insight Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing omnichannel strategies that align with our brand objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can integrate digital, in-person, and hybrid engagement channels to maximize customer reach and enhance customer journeys through data analytics and AI. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute omnichannel strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Integrate digital, in-person, and hybrid engagement channels to maximize customer reach.
  • Utilize data analytics and AI to personalize communication and enhance customer journeys.
  • Lead a team to ensure effective execution of omnichannel campaigns and DTC strategy.
  • Drive open innovation efforts by collaborating with startups and external partners.
  • Align omnichannel initiatives with medical, legal, and compliance requirements.
  • Optimize digital content strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights and KPIs.
  • Enhance the use of CRM, automation tools, and digital platforms for seamless interactions.
  • Train and support marketing teams on omnichannel best practices and innovations.
  • Ensure customer-centricity by continuously improving experience and engagement models.
  • Support the execution of HCP platform growth hacking strategy.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related to business analytics or data science.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing omnichannel strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics and AI applications in marketing.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with agencies and external partners.
  • Understanding of medical, legal, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in CRM, automation tools, and digital platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to monitor and adjust strategies based on insights and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on improving experience and engagement models.
