Job details Employment Type: Full-Time Location: San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo Leon, Mexico Job Category: Information Systems Job Number: EB00074536 Job Description As a Mobile Apps Engineer at JCI, you will be responsible for Certifying, deploying, and maintaining mobile applications that enhance our business operations and improve user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create applications that meet employee and customer needs while ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. What You Will Do:

• Certify, provision, and deploy mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces.
• Perform deployment testing and compatibility validations to ensure application quality and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile app development trends and technologies.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Integrate APIs, SDKs and third-party services to enhance application functionality.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to improve application features.
• Document technical specifications and application architecture.

What We Look For:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in mobile application deployment principles (3+ years).
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Swift, Kotlin, or Java.
• Experience with mobile development frameworks and tools (e.g., React Native, Flutter).
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred:

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
