HR Technology Coordinator

Objective 

The HR  Technology Coordinator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and streamlining all the systems related to HR department functions. This includes overseeing the HR information system, applicant tracking system, payroll system, time and attendance system, and other related software. The role involves ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of HR data while guaranteeing that the systems are effectively utilized to support HR processes and improve overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and administer the HR information system, ensuring the accurate and timely entry, retrieval, and maintenance of employee data.
  • Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure it functions smoothly to support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer generation.
  • Monitor the payroll systems, ensuring accurate data entry, computation, and processing of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, perform updates, and implement new features or modules to enhance system functionality.
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned.

Experience 

  • Bachelors degree in Computational Systems, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-4 years) in systems management, including HRIS, ATS, payroll, and/or time and attendance systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of HR processes, data management, and system integration.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data sets to identify trends, perform data validation, and generate reports.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and related software applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot system issues.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
