Job Description:

Responsible for planning strategy, invoicing, and expedition documents management for Distribution Centers, internal and Export Markets.

  • Supports the leadership in decision making
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure policies actualization in accordance with our procedures and local legislation
  • Develop studies and simulations of scenarios with logistical opportunities;
  • Support leaders in cost reduction projects and initiatives to improve processes in the area;
  • Monitor the variations related to the operation of transports;
  • Responsible for KPIs development and control
  • Develops improvements in reports, ensuring accuracy in analysis and meeting deadlines;
  • Ensures the execution of payments in accordance with the current freight tables;
  • Ensures payment process to our suppliers in compliance
  • Analysis of Freight and Extra Costs;
  • Autonomy in conducting relevant topics and important definitions throughout the projects;
  • Conduct and lead executive meetings/presentations for Delivers leadership;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and activities with resilience;
  • Manages the Freight Management Systems;
  • Connect and support to various areas of the company.

Understands and applies Johnson & Johnsons Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team. This job is salaried.
