La principal característica es su capacidad y conocimiento técnico jurídico que en situaciones de riesgo otorga tranquilidad y garantía a la compañía en áreas jurídicas especializadas como lo son Competencia Económica, Fiscal (Federal y Estatal), Ambiental, Agua, Energético, Previsión Social y Civil.Actividades Principales

• Apoyar y asesorar a los equipos durante inspecciones
• Diseñar y ejecutar las estrategias de litigio en asuntos de competencia de la gerencia. Los asuntos competencia de la gerencia son aquellos de índole federal, impuestos estatales y civiles.
• En asuntos in-house elaborar las demandas de amparo, las demandas de juicio de nulidad y contestaciones de los juicios civiles, mercantiles y/o administrativos en los que nos señalen como parte
• Seguimiento permanentemente de los expedientes de los litigios in-house y externos.
• Liderar la atención de los requerimientos de autoridad.
• Asesorar sobre la estrategia de litigio a los equipos comerciales en asuntos fuera de la competencia de la gerencia
• Identificación de tendencias y detección de riesgos para diseñar la estrategia del blindaje que requiere la compañía para la reducción de esto riesgos y tendencias en la operación.
• Seguimiento permanentemente de los expedientes de los litigios in-house y externos.

Requisitos

• Licenciatura en Derecho
• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia y 3 años en litigio
• Nivel de inglés avanzado
• Comunicación efectiva de temas jurídicos complejos, manejo de abogados externos, análisis e interpretación jurídica, solución de problemas con una visión de negocios, buena redacción jurídica.
